Abstract : This research explores the influence of knowledge management (KM) practices on faculty job satisfaction in higher educational institutions located in Katni and Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India. Drawing from a sample of 150 faculty members across public and private colleges, the study employs a quantitative approach using surveys to measure variables such as knowledge sharing, storage, and application. Findings indicate a positive correlation between effective KM practices and higher levels of job satisfaction, with implications for institutional policy.
