Welcome to Research Book Foundation. By creating an account, browsing our digital catalog, utilizing offline tools, subscribing to memberships, or submitting manuscripts through our Journal Management System (JMS), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Access & License

Subject to continuous compliance with these terms and any active plan fees, Research Book Foundation grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view, read, and utilize platform tools strictly for individual educational, scholarly, and non-commercial research purposes.

• Prohibited Uses: Automated web-scraping, mass ripping of PDF streams, unauthorized mirror distribution, reverse engineering, and multi-user credential sharing are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Single Session Enforcement: To protect digital copyright, accounts are restricted to one concurrent active browser session.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Deliveries

Platform subscriptions, institutional licenses, and manuscript processing charges (if applicable) are transacted via authorized payment aggregators (Stripe, Cashfree).

• Instant Digital Delivery: All paid memberships and tool entitlements are activated digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Taxes: All applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or statutory fees are calculated and disclosed at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate provisioning of intangible digital resources and intellectual property:

• Digital Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time via your user dashboard. Cancellations halt subsequent billing cycles; pro-rated refunds are not issued for partially consumed billing periods.
• Technical Billing Errors: If a duplicate charge or payment gateway failure occurs, please report the transaction ID to our support desk within 7 working days for verification and full refund processing.
• Manuscript Submission Fees: Editorial processing fees, where levied, cover administrative review costs and are non-refundable once peer evaluation has commenced.

4. Scholarly Publishing & Authorship Ethics

Authors submitting manuscripts to ResearchBook Journals represent and warrant that:

• The work represents original research, is not under consideration elsewhere, and does not infringe third-party copyrights or ethical guidelines.
• All listed co-authors have actively contributed and approved the submission.
• Published articles are licensed under appropriate Creative Commons (e.g., CC BY 4.0) or institutional terms as specified upon acceptance.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The platform and all tools (including the Academic Performance Indicator calculator and similarity checkers) are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 100% calculation accuracy according to UGC/CAS norms, the platform does not guarantee promotional outcomes before university committees.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or related to platform usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
